The law on the opposition is a brake to usurping power. Without it, civilized nations won’t accept Ukraine. In Ukraine, even the opposition is dominated by Pres Poroshenko, ex-Prosecutor General Svyatoslav Piskun said, speaking on ZIK TV Nov. 17.
This law is to prescribe what Rada committees are to be headed by opposition lawmakers, what rights they are entitled to, how they can control budget revenues and expenditure, Piskun said.
In case the opposition rights are violated, the ruling regime must face political and criminal accountability, Piskun said.
