“If the high-profile murder of investigating journalists Georgy Gongadze had been unsolved during the reign of four presidents, it means there’s something wrong in Ukraine. Only after we have solved the murder can we go along as a country,” Natalia Vlashchenko, the anchor of a hard-talk program on ZIK said June 6.
Vlashchenko was speaking on the eve of the Day of Journalists.
All four president Ukraine has had since 2000 beat their breasts about their commitment to solve the Gongadze murder. If they failed, it means something is wrong with the system,” the journalist summed up.
