Russian terrorist and former head of Donbas separatists Igor Girkin came up with his comments on the metro blast in Saint-Petersburg that killed 11 and wounded 45 passengers, Depo.Donbas writes March 4.
“I personally think the Russian authorities have nothing to do with the terrorist act. The authorities are totally demoralized,” Girkin said.
Right now I am absolutely convinced Islamic terrorists are behind the blast,” he said.
“Let’s wait for further reaction. If the [pocket] media starts an outcry about ‘the need for a strong hand,’ other scenarios will be possible.”
