Rada out to check incomes of all Ukrainians

Ukrainians will soon be offered to file the so-called zero declaration where they have to specify all hitherto undeclared incomes and unregistered property, Znaj reports, citing the Rada website Oct. 3.

The Rada will form a work group to draw out the appropriate bill.

Ukrainians will have to pay for the hitherto undeclared property.

If passed by the Rada, the law will come into effect in 2018.
