The Security Service and military counter-intelligence have foiled a terrorist attack in Kyiv.
In a forest near Kyiv the agents ceased a cache of arms – two bazookas and a map with the targets of the attack marked on it, SBU says.
With the range of fire at 250 m, bazookas can be used to hit armored targets, the agents say.
SBU and other agencies are investigating the accident. The risk of terrorist attacks is high on the eve of Ukraine’s major holiday on Aug. 24 – the Independence Day.
