Some OSCE observers are agents of Russia’s FSB security service, and Ukraine has evidence of their true role in Donbas, Rada lawmaker and member of committee on national security Andry Teteruk said, speaking on Kanal 5 TV Apr. 15.
“After the visits of OSCE observers, many of whom are Russians, the enemy artillery begins shelling of Ukraine army positions. It is one of the facts that questions their integrity.
There are photographs showing that rebels go around in OSCE vehicles with observers,” he said.
“Ukraine Security Service has irrefutable evidence that some OSCE observers perform the functions of intelligence officers, spying for Russia. Ukraine is preparing documents to the OSCE demanding the ban for them to serve in Ukraine,” the lawmaker said.
