Lviv activists has launched a free service for invalids and advanced aged people, ZIK reports Feb. 27.
The project was started by 4 activists: two plumbers, one dispatcher and the project coordinator who is an invalid and knows the problems of the invalids well.
The project is only several days old but its plumbers have already helped about 50 old Lviv residents.
“We cannot do any big repairs, only the light ones, but we have fixed many problems for the invalids,” says the project coordinator Andry Fedunyak. .
The organizers have sent out a call for other activists to join them. They want to expand their services to cooking and doing house chores.
