“Rada declares Russia an aggressor state and calls on all international partners of Ukraine not to allow Russia to go unpunished for the crimes it committed against Ukraine,” Rada Jan. 27 statement says.
Rada also urges the international community to impose new sanctions on Russia to stop Moscow’s aggression and force Kremlin to abide by the Minsk agreements.
Ukraine is the target of the Russian aggression. In the past 2 weeks Russian troops and their rebel puppets killed over 50 civilians in Volnovakha, Donetsk and Mariupol, Rada says.
“The inhuman shelling of Mariupol in which 30 civilians were killed and 100 wounded was carried out by Russian servicemen and their Donbas sidekicks, according to OSCE investigation.
