Dec. 10, a Lviv court sentenced a Russian spy to 10 years in jail, our correspondent reports.
The spy was caught red-handed on July 30. His mission in Lviv was to set up a spy network of former and serving army officers.
The spy’s activities to gather information about Ukraine army were coordinated from Crimea, SBU says.
The spy came to Lviv 2 years ago, posing as a businessman. In March 2014, he intensified his work.
He was caught red-handed when he was getting information about Ukraine army units deployed to Donbas.
