Vasyl Budyk, Ukraine Defense Ministry adviser, claims 80% of OSCE observers in Mariupol are Russians and many are FSB officers, citing a source in the OSCE Donbas mission.
The source, a Georgian, said in Mariupol he got acquainted with another observer, also a Georgian, who told him 80% of OSCE observers in Mariupol are Russians.
The source also said the Russian observers are either former or acting FSB officers, ZN.UA reported Novb. 11.
“They are very aggressively disposed towards Ukraine military. Moreover, they send the information about Ukraine army units to the separatists and Russians, notably, about Ukraine army artillery positions,” the source said.
