Lukashenko: Yanukovych and Putin to take blame for crisis in Ukraine

“But for Putin, there wouldn’t have been any crisis in Ukraine,” Lukashenko said.

Had it not been for Putin’s interference, the days of the separatist breakaway republics would have been counted, the Belarus president said.

Lukashenko also said there are no Fascists in Ukraine (countering Russian propaganda basic charge). “Don’t believe Western Ukrainians are Fascists, they are normal people,” Lukashenko said.
