President’s decree sufficient to free Tymoshenko, Batkivshchyna says
No new laws are needed to release Yulia Tymoshenko, Batkivshchyna says in a statement Oct. 15.Juggling with various arguments should not hide the fact that merely Yanukovych’s good will is needed to free Yulia Tymoshenko, the statement says.
