Kuzmin: Tymoshenko can be pardoned by Yanukovych
There are several options for freeing Yulia Tymoshenko. One of them is a presidential pardon, first deputy prosecutor general Renat Kuzmin said in his interview with Voice of the Capital radio station Sept. 27.Answering one of the questions by listeners, Kuzmin said that Yulia Tymoshenko is currently serving her sentence. There are several possibilities for freeing her, and one of them is a presidential pardon, he said.
If the president grants his pardon to Tymoshenko no court can challenge the pardon, BBC Ukrainian quotes Kuzmin as saying.
