There are no legal grounds to treat Tymoshenko abroad, ombudswoman says

Speaking to Radio Svoboda Aug. 1, Ombudswoman Valeria Lutkovska said there are no laws allowing to treat Yulia Tymoshenko in a hospital abroad.

Meanwhile, Tymoshenko supporters say her physical condition has worsened and demand that the authorities let her to go for medical treatment to Germany.
Many Europe’s politicians and dignitaries have made similar appeals to the Ukrainian government.
