Agreement between governments is merely needed to treat Tymoshenko in Germany

Mykola Siry, an ex-premier’s defense lawyer, says to treat Yulia Tymoshenko in a German hospital only two things are needed: her will and an interstate agreement between Ukraine and Germany.

The lawyer dismissed Ukraine Foreign Minister Kozhara statement July 24 that it is against the law to move the sick opposition leader to Germany.

On Thursday, July 25, claimed neither the national or international legislation allows to treat Tymoshenko in a German hospital.
