Yulia Tymoshenko lawyers say nothing has been done to resolve the issue of Yulia Tymoshenko’s medical treatment, Serhy Vlasenko said July 23, ZN.UA reports.
“The complaint is ready. We will appeal to the European Court to ensure adequate treatment for Tymoshenko in line with Rule 39 of its regimen,” Vlasenko said.
Vlasenko reminded that the European Court in March 2012 had already notified the government of Ukraine to ensure proper medical treatment of the opposition leader.
Following this, Yulia Tymoshenko was moved from her prison to a hospital in Kharkiv.
July 1, Tymoshenko’s daughter, Yevhenia, said, referring to German doctors, her mother needed an urgent surgery.
