			<description><![CDATA[The question was put to deputy of the L'viv City Council(LCC) , member of the L'viv Civic Forum(LCF), Teodor Dyakiv regarding the expert evaluation of the agreement between the LCC and the Austrian company “Alpine”, an answer came addressed to the LЗF which states that Lvivderzhbudeksperyza [L'viv State Building Expertise], who was the source of the answer sates: the overestimate of the value of the project works regarding the building of the stadium for “Euro -2012” - the signed agreement, which places financial responsibility on the LCC is in contravention of the norms of the effective legislation of Ukraine, in particular, in the case, that the value of the project works of the building of the stadium in accordance to State Budgetary Norms (SBN) D.1.1-7-2000 in this case was not to be higher than 12,733,771 UAH, but in the agreement there is a completely different amount – 39,859,650 UAH. Today, April 29, ZIK was informed of this by the press-service of the LCF.]]></description>
