NABU under extreme pressure for Rotterdam+ investigation –Sytnyk

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau is under unprecedented pressure for investigating corruption in the purchases of coal at overblown prices - (Rotterdam+ scheme), NABU director Artem Sytnyk told The Day, Ukrayinska pradva reports Aug. 18.

“Courts block all our attempts to investigate the case,” Sytnyk complained.

The same situation exists in the NABU probes into Zaporizhya Titanium/Aluminum Plant management, he said

Currently, NABU is searching the offices of the National Commission for Regulating Prices in the energy sector that gave the go-ahead of the Rotterdam+ contract, Sytnyk confirmed
