Economy and Trade Minister Aivaras Abromavichus will provide the evidence to the newly formed National Anti-Corruption Bureau of pressure on him by Proshenko’s insider Mykola Nykonenko. Abromavichus was invited to serve in Ukraine by the government. “I’m busy collecting documents on pressure and corruption to give to NACB on Monday. I have sufficient evidence,” he said in an interview with RBK-Ukrayina Feb. 5.
He stressed Ukrainian do not have trust in law-enforcement and courts, saying he hopes the NACB will investigate his case objectively.
“My complaints about the pressure on me and corruption in state-owned companies will be an acid test for NACB,” Abromavichus said.
