Since the launching on the new and highly paid police in Lviv in September, 10 patrolmen have already been fired, ZIK reports Nov. 12.
Lviv police head Yurko Zozulya said this,
“We have publicized the earlier dismissals. The first patrolman to go was the one who started a fistfight being drunk off duty.
Then there was a bunch of 5 patrolmen who celebrated in a nightclub and were involved in a brawl.
Four patrolmen were fired for sleeping in their cars when on duty. They said they were too tired to work a 12-hour shift.
Two of the dismissed are protesting in court,” the Lviv police chief said.
