A father in Luhansk has filed a lawsuit against the city education authorities for ordering secondary school students to attend a Regions-organized march.
In early September, about 5,000 pupils were released from studies and took part in the march under Regions’ banners. Their parents were not informed and their consent was not sought.
The lawsuit has been registered in a Luhansk district court. If the court doesn’t take his side, the father threatens to take the case to the European Court for human Rights, Kanal 5 TV reports Nov. 8.
