NGO accuses court of double standards

NGO head Dmytro Hudyma based his charges on the fact that, like in the Bandera and Shukhevych cases, the five Soviet soldiers were not citizens of Ukraine and, to go by the logic of the Donets court, there titles must be taken away.

The NGO filed its lawsuit with the Lviv administrative court in late April 2010 in the wake of the Donest court ruling stripping the nationalist leaders of their awards. The Lviv court, however, passes the case to the Supreme Arbitration Court for consideration.
