PGO to audit Tymoshenko cabinet spending

On orders from Pres Yanukovych, the PG Office has launched an investigation to check how the former cabinet dealt with IMF credits, VAT rebates and forward taxes, Medvedko said. 
With Tymoshenko cabinet in power, the PGO sent to it 140 appeals protesting unlawful spending of funds. In some high-profile cases, Medvedko continued, his agency was forced to appeal to courts.
