PGO closes criminal investigation against Vasyl Tsushko

The Prosecutor General’s Office has completed a pre-trial investigation of the case against former Interior Minister Vasyl Tsushko, the GPO press service reports March 10

As the investigation failed to produce any evidence, the case was closed for the lack of corpus delicti, PGO say.
May 25, 2007, the PGO opened a criminal inquiry against Tsushko accusing him of the abuse of office when he ordered interior ministry troops to seize the PGO building. The troops broke in the building after they broke the main doors and door to the PGO chief’s office.

    • "lack of corpus delicti"
      lack of a dead body.
So now it takes a dead body before the PGO can prosecute a case?
What about the case of Georgiy Gongadze?
How come they can't find and prosecute the real killers in that case?
