Rada’s investigation commission to look into numerous awards handed out by Yushchenko days before he was voted out

Kyrylo Kulykov, a NUNS lawmaker, has tabled a motion to set up an investigation commission in the Rada to examine the legitimacy of numerous awards given out by former Pres Yushchenko in his last days in office. Quite a few of those who received Yushchenko awards can hardly be described as prominent Ukrainians who did a distinguished service to the country, Kulykov argued.  
The number of awards handed out by Yushchenko ahead of his retirement caused many eye-brows to raise.
