Tymoshenko tells court about vote-rigging tricks used by Yanukovych

Tymoshenko pointed her finger at ill-prepared state roster of voters, massive inclusion of voters in voters’ lists on the day of voting, large-scale home-voting without adequate medical certificates, and vote-buying. 
Tymoshenko stressed the low quality of the electronic roster of voters, saying the local authorities not only opposed any updating, but preserved a large number of deceased, using their ballots to vote for Yanukovych. Hundreds of voters residing on non-existent streets or homes were included in the roster, the premier added.

“300,000 new voters were added to the roster on the day of voting, despite the ban by a court,” she told the court.

However, CEC took a decision to allow adding voters on the day of voting in open violation of the court ruling. In so doing, CEC violated the constitution provision of abiding by court rulings, Tymoshenko stressed. 

Bussing voters to polling stations was another major vote-rigging trick by Yanukovych, Tymoshenko went on, accusing the Yanukovych supporters of brainwashing and bribing passengers on the way.
Tymoshenko also complained to court about inaction of the Central Election Commission that flouted appeals by local members of her team protesting electoral fraud.
She also said the number of those who were reported as voting by some local commissions was higher than the number of actual voters. She accused local commissions members of ballot stuffing at the end of voting, using the ballots of no-shows. 
Tymoshenko demands a recount of votes and repeat runoff election.
