Tymoshenko not to recognize Yanukovych victory
Addressing her faction meeting late Feb. 8, Yulia Tymoshenko decided not to recognize the victory of Viktor Yanukovych, Ukrayinska Pravda reports.“With this kind of election I will never recognize the victory of Viktor Yanukovych,” she said.
She instructed her lawyers to prepare to contest the election results in court.
As one of the variants, Tymoshenko proposed a re-run runoff election.
According to UP sources, part of BYT lawmakers headed by Mykola Tomenko opted for the recognition of the Yanukovych win and becoming an opposition.

But what she is doing now is turning more people against her and spoiling any chances she may have in the future to be president.
I think she is an intelligent person, so it makes me wonder what she really believes and what her real motivations are.
I am for an independent Ukraine who can be good partners with Russia, the EU and the U.S. without joining any military alliances.
