If we remain indifferent to the ongoing presidential election or vote against all candidates, we will lose our chance to elect any of the two candidates as president, the Council’s statement runs. To go to the polls and cast your ballot is a civic responsibility of a citizen, the church leaders remind.The statement was signed by the heads of all religious confessions existing in Ukraine, including the Ukrainian Orthodox churches (both affiliated to Kyiv and Moscow), Greek Catholic Church, and a number of minor confessions.
