Yanukovych to garner over 12% of votes in Lviv oblast – Boris Kolesnikov

If PR representatives don’t get elected to local councils, he warned, Lviv branch bosses should be replaced, but he expects the local branch headed by Petro Pysarchuk will succeed.
He is convinced his boss Viktor Yanukovych will garner over 12% of the vote in the Lviv oblast.
Boris Kolesnikov told journalists that PR has raised 180 signatures of VR lawmakers to dismiss the cabinet, with 173 PR lawmakers and 7 from other factions, including NUNS and BYT, signing the demand.
He also said the PR will demand a cabinet report on the 2009 budget implementation before discussing the 2010 budget. The PR will demand that the law on higher salaries and pensions be implemented by the cabinet.
“No increased pensions and wages, no 2010 budget,” Kolesnikov summed up.

It should be rejected outright as it is undemocratic designed back in the 18th century when people could not read or write.
The best option is to establish local electorates with each elector returning 9 members of parliament(Rada) elected by a system of Single transferable vote proportional representation using the Meek method of counting and preferential voting system.
