Yushchenko, Yanukovych to preside over future cabinet at soccer match in Donetsk, vice speaker says

The vice speaker said he is convinced that a non-aggression pact had been signed between Yushchenko and Yanukovych. Proof of it the synchronized voting on some bills and their speedy signing into law by the incumbent.

«There hasn’t been a single instance of any criticism on the part of Yushchenko targeted against Yanukovych and vise versa. Moreover, we can see that Viktor Yushchenko is actually running errands for Yanukovych, signing his bills on the same day they are approved by the Rada. To illustrate, Yushchenko took the 15 days he is allowed by the procedure to veto the bill assigning UAH 1 billion to fight the flue epidemic. By contrast, the bills submitted by the Regions are signed within 24 hours or 48 at the most», Tomensko said.

Nov. 17, the Regions started talks with other Rada factions to garner votes to sack the cabinet for failing to implement their law raising salaries and pensions.
