Lytvyn, Yushchenko and Yatseniuk might join forces to defeat Tymoshenko - Tsybulko

Consequently, the trio won’t engage in mud-slinging alone, saving some of their breath to create a positive image of their likely allies, the expert believes.
If Yushchenko, Lytvyn and Yatseniuk do unite the emphasis will be not on a concrete candidate but rather on a team which will be able to effectively control the elected president, he goes on.
The trio can win the discouraged Tymoshenko voters over, he claims.
Tsybulko says if the trio project gets off the ground, Ukraine will be able to complete the constitutional reform and rotate political elites via local and parliamentary elections.

As to the suggestion of changing Ukraine's constitution this can only be undertaken with an agreement between Party of Regions (175) and Block Yulia Tymoshenko (156) as each party maintains a blocking force. Amendments to Ukraine's constitution require agreement of two-thirds of Ukraine's parliament. (300 out of 450)
