Baloha can blow whistle on Yushchenko and trigger off his impeachment, Vasyl Baziv claims

Baziv believes that Baloha’s resignation was due to foreign policy factors: “Yushchenko’s US bosses told him, ‘Remove this demon, otherwise you won’t be viewed as a Ukrainian politician.’”
“As much as Baloha lacks in common sense, as much he makes up in
courage and will. I think, his resignation will be followed by a chain
of revelations that will make big waves in the Ukrainian political
pool.
I think, if he wishes so, Baloha can publicize a file exposing how Yushchenko and his entourage abused the law, something that can eventually lead to Yushchenko’s impeachment,” Vasyl Baziv warned.

Baloha is correct in stating that Yushchenko should not run for a second term of office. According to the polls 75% of Ukrainians believe he should go. he will not be re-elected to a second term of office.
Yushchenko has betrayed Ukraine and those who supported his election back in 2004. His actions and policies have caused more harm then good.
Instead of clinging on to power and extending his term of office Yushchenko should resign so as to facilitate an October poll.
The last thing Ukraine needs is a prolonged Presidential election and a ballot in the midst of Ukraine's bitter cold wionter with temperatures down to minus 20 deg C.
The last Presidential election was held in October 2004.
