Yushchenko’s chief of staff files lawsuit against Interior Minister Lutsenko
Viktor Baloha has filed a lawsuit against Interior Minister Lutsenko for questioning in a contract murder case of businessman Oleh Hruzin in Uzhgorod, Lutsenko said Apr. 6, speaking on the 5th channel.The minister said Viktor Baloha filed a lawsuit against him after being questioned by the police. Lutsenko said it was a routine questioning and Baloha’s dignity had not been humiliated in any way.
