Hrytsenko to run with Klitschko in snap elections , Chernovetsky with Baloha, says expert Kost Bondarenko
«As far as I know, Anatoly Hrytsenko is in talks with Vitali Klitschko to set up their bloc. However, I cannot percieve their electoral niche,» political expert and director of the Horshenin think tank Kost Bondarenko told ZIK Oct. 14.In his opinion, it is too early to forecast what
political parties will join the pro-presidential bloc, but Our Ukraine
is a likely candidate. «The word is rife that the Chernovetsky bloc is
trying to establish a contact with the United Center party with the
purpose of joining forces. Whether this is true or not only
Chernovetsky and Baloha can say,» the expert said.
K. Bondarenko says the chances of BYUT are good.
«They won't get 30% of the vote, but their tally is likely to be high.»
The Party of Regions has no threats to face in the
snap elections and will retain its voters. The Lytvyn bloc is picking
up steam, with its approval rating currently at 7-7.5%.
«The Communists have also strengthened their position. If they unite with Vasyl Volha and the Union of Leftist Forces, they can do even better. As to Socialists, they are again in the risk zone and cannot be sure they will make it to Verkhovna Rada.
