FM churns out bill on pulling out Russia Black Sea Fleet from Crimea

Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko says the bill on the withdrawal of Russia BSF from Crimea after 2017 is ready.

“The bill is ready and will be submitted to VR for approval in the time set by the president’s decree,” the FM said.

The minister stressed that his ministry had done its share of work to prepare the bill and now it will go to VR for approval.

Earlier, Pres Yushchenko instructed the cabinet to draw out by July 20 the bill on abrogation as of 2017 of international agreements with Russia on temporary deployment of its BSF in Crimea, The Ukrayinska Pravda quotes him as saying.
