Baloha’s brother and his team defect from NUNS branch in Zakarpattya
Leader of NUNS in Zakarpattya, first deputy oblast governor and brother of Yushchenko’s chief-of-staff Viktor Baloha has resigned from NUNS, Zakarpattya NUNS May 27 press service report says.According to Ivan Baloha, he joined Our Ukraine as a political force which supported Pres. Yushchenko’s agenda. However, he says, the party has distanced itself of its original goals and acts against the president. “I have nothing to share with such politicians as Yury Lutsenko, David Zhvania and others that work in harness with Medvedchuk and SDPU, cheat on the nation, and spread lies about the president,” Ivan Baloha says.
Together with Ivan Baloha, all NUNS apparat in the Zakarpattya oblast defected from NUNS, including members of NUNS political board, heads of rayon and city state administrations and head and officials of city executive councils.
