Euro car maker may build its assembly plant in Ternopil oblast
A delegation of experts from US Deloitte Consulting company, Ukrainian center for promoting foreign investment, economy ministry and USAID came to Ternopil to discuss the possibility of implementing a car-assembly project in the oblast, Ternopil oblast state administration March 6 press release runs.Members of the delegation met with oblast key officials. Deloitte Consulting told about plans of one of their European clients to build an assembly plant in Western Ukraine, with the Ternopil oblast among the likely project venues.
The delegation inspected the land site earmarked for the plant by the oblast administration.
Members of the delegation said their impressions were highly optimistic.
