Lviv politicians initiate merger of Our Ukraine bloc member parties
A single party based on Our Ukraine’s nine member parties is to be created in Lviv within the nearest month. Hopefully, it will serve as a prototype for a new national party, Ihor Stefanyshyn, member of OU bloc political board, told ZIK March 6.The merger was proposed by members of the Sykhiv rayon OU bloc organization in Lviv. The hot favorites to head a new party local organization are Vasyl Truch (NUNS) and Ivan Rudnytsky (NRU), Stefanyshyn said.
By joining their forces in a single political party, Lviv politicians are sending a clear signal to their comrades all over Ukraine, Stefanyshyn noted.

In Kyiv, nine leaders of NUNS member parties and Roman Zvarych have tabled a bill “On the Unification of Parties”. March 1, NUNS passed a resolution to create a single party based on the NUNS bloc within 2 months following the bill approval.
