Uzhgorod mayor blows whistle on Baloha relative to Yushchenko and Tymoshenko

Uzhgorod Mayor Serhy Ratushniak has complained to the president, premier, interior ministry, prosecutor’s general office and Verkhovna Rada speaker and heads of factions, decrying work of Uzhgorod city and oblast police. -

“The oblast and city police are involved in arbitrary actions that violate the Ukrainian laws - following direct orders from the deputy head of Zakarpattya oblast state administration I. Baloha,” Ratushniak’s appeal runs.
