According to Mr Bermes, Lilia Dolinska accused the city authorities of infringing on the rights of small businesses by imposing a moratorium on the work of small street kiosks.

“Yushchenko’s reaction gives hope to businessmen. If the government will care about the growth of small businesses, the present stalemate may be broken. Now the attitude to SMBs is unfriendly and does not invite any investment. The authorities have absolutely no obligations with regard to SMBs,” Zenovy Bermes summed up.
