Independent trade union urges Transport Minister Vinsky to fire managers of Lvivski Airlines
Jan. 23, the independent trade union of Lvivsky airlines has appealed to Transport Minister Josip Vinsky and head of the State Aviation Service O. Davydov to dismiss Lvivski Airlines general manager Yevhen Dykhne and his deputy Serhy Pidhorodetsky, the ZIK correspondent reports. The reason for Yevhen Dykhne’s dismissal, the independent union says, is that his appointment to the job was illegal as it had not been agreed with the trade union and was in violation of the general agreement between the union and the airline. Another reason for the general manager’s dismissal, the union says, is his sloppy work in the past year and continued absence in office. The union has also demanded the deputy general manager’s dismissal due to his arrogant, brazen and rude attitude to employees, the heritage, the union points, of his past military service record as the city railway station superintendent.Comments
